Individual Therapy

Often individuals face stressful situations, which they would like to discuss in a safe and supportive environment. People might approach counselling for a variety of reasons such as self-development, to improve their relationships or seek meaning in their lives. Sometimes they might not even be clear about what is wrong but there is a general discontent feeling and want help figuring out what is troubling them. I can help with a wide range of issues including:

For Individual therapy, I usually suggest an initial course of eight sessions after which we will review how our work is going and, if you find it useful, you can choose to continue on an open-ended term for as long as you will need to.
